常见问题

在新加坡通过 Alps Wills® 撰写遗嘱需要多少费用？

费用请联系 Alps Wills®，视乎是否需要遗嘱信托 (testamentary trust)。不设遗嘱信托则为固定收费。

在新加坡未立遗嘱离世会怎样？

您的家人须申请遗产管理书 (Letter of Administration)，您的遗产将按无遗嘱继承法 (Intestate Succession Act) 分配，而非按您的意愿。

在新加坡，怎样的遗嘱才有效？

遗嘱必须以书面形式订立，立遗嘱人须年满21岁，在遗嘱末尾签名，并由两名同时在场的见证人见证。见证人不得为受益人或受益人的配偶。

Alps Wills® 是否提供上门撰写遗嘱服务？

是的。每个遗嘱配套均包含上门服务。您也可以在附近商场或线上与我们会面，可使用英语、华语、泰语或他加禄语。

新加坡遗嘱撰写师与律师：有何区别？

遗嘱撰写师负责起草遗嘱；律师还可以出庭。Alps Wills® 不是律师事务所。我们的认证遗嘱撰写师为您起草遗嘱，合作律师负责遗嘱认证 (probate)、遗产管理书 (Letter of Administration) 及 LPA Form 2。

遗嘱配套包含什么？

上门服务、LPA 设立、遗嘱认证时由律师核证的真实副本、CPF 提名审查，以及资产与负债清单。出于善意，我们也会妥善保管您的第二份正本。

夫妻遗嘱 (Pair Will) 与联合遗嘱 (joint Will) 相同吗？

不是。夫妻遗嘱 (Pair Will) 是两份独立的遗嘱，夫妻各一份，起草时互相配合。日后双方仍可各自修改自己的遗嘱。

遗嘱配套是否包含 LPA？

是的。每份个人遗嘱均包含 LPA 设立。
