How much does it cost to write a Will in Singapore with Alps Wills®?
Contact Alps Wills® for the fee, as it depends on whether a testamentary trust is needed. Without a testamentary trust, it is a flat rate.
Is a Pair Will the same as a joint Will?
No. A Pair Will is two separate Wills, one for each spouse, drafted to work together. Each spouse can still change their own Will later.
When should I update my Will in Singapore?
After marriage, the birth or adoption of a child, buying or selling property, or the death of an executor, guardian or beneficiary. Review it when your family or assets change.
Is the LPA really free with a Will?
Yes. LPA setup is included with every Individual Will. The certificate issuer charges a professional fee, and applicants other than Singapore Citizens using Form 1 pay the OPG application fee.

What is the difference between probate and Letter of Administration?
Probate applies when there is a valid Will and the executor named in it applies. Letter of Administration apply when there is no Will, and the estate is shared under the Intestate Succession Act.

Usually two to three months once the application is filed, longer if there are disputes, overseas assets or missing documents.
Who can apply for a Letter of Administration?
