Our service
Does your Will cover CPF? No. Your nomination does.
CPF savings follow your CPF nomination, and nominated insurance pays the nominee directly. We review both with every Will.

FAQ
Does my Will cover my CPF savings?
No. CPF savings are distributed according to your CPF nomination. Without one, they go to the Public Trustee's Office for distribution under the intestacy laws.
Does marriage cancel my CPF nomination?
Yes. Marriage revokes an existing CPF nomination, so make a new one after you marry.
Are my CPF investments covered by my nomination?
No. CPF Investment Scheme holdings are part of your estate and follow your Will.
Does a Will override an insurance nomination?
No. A policy with a valid nomination pays the nominee directly, outside your Will. A policy with no nomination is paid to your estate and follows your Will.
Revocable vs trust nomination: what is the difference?
A revocable nomination can be changed at any time and needs two witnesses. A trust nomination names your spouse or children and cannot be changed without the trustee's consent.
Is the nomination review an extra cost?
No. It is included with every Individual Will.
